Who is the Tick for?
The Tick Programme aims to help everyday people without a chronic health condition make healthier food choices quickly and easily.
If you have a health condition like diabetes, high cholesterol or heart disease you can still use the Tick as a guide to healthier food, but you need to be careful, as not all Tick products will be right for you and your individual medical condition.
It is important if you have a medical condition that requires a specific diet that you consult your healthcare team if Tick is right for you.
